ahh7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ahh7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ahh7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
ahh7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ahh7 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination of your account for cause, ahh7 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and wagering obligations on bonus funds.
You may request the closure of your ahh7 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ahh7 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Your continued use of the ahh7 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
